Training & mentoring

We run training programmes for Box Office staff for one person up to a group of 50 people, from 30 mins to many days. We tend to use a workshop style so participants have the opportunity to reflect on and utilise the concepts presented as they learn them.

Clients include the AMA,  audience development agencies, arts councils and other region wide bodies.

We also mentor newly promoted staff to encourage speedy adoption of good practice and give confidence, and speak at international conferences about Box Office Management, key customer information  and inter-departmental communication.
