Assisting defining a strategy for Audiences Northern Ireland

Audiences Northern Ireland required consultancy assistance to work with one of their members to aid them in defining a new box office ticketing project.

To-date the member organisation had use a local theatre for their ticketing requirements and wished to now embark on a project to review their current ticketing service, define their requirements for a future ticketing service and explore funding initiatives available to assist them with establishing their own box office ticketing operation.

Audiences Northern Ireland recommended that the member organisation worked with Beth Aplin to provide them with clear guidance.

Beth led a one day brainstorm session where she was able to assist the member organisation in exploring all avenues available, including maintaining the status quo.  During the session pros and cons of each option were discussed, the practicality, suitability and timeframe was explored.  Beth ensured that the project team pragmatically assessed aspirations whilst not losing sight of the overall vision.

Having defined the methodology of researching a new box office system, the project team felt that they had clarified their strategy. As a result of the project day, the member organisation requested quotations from appropriate ticketing systems suppliers and was awaiting funding decisions.

Alice Jackson - Audiences Development Manager at Audiences Northern Ireland had previously attended a training course led by Beth and highly recommended Beth to the member organisation.
